How do I find and load an older version of YouTube app for my Apple Mini ipad 1 running 9.3.6 OS .
The latest YouTube version is not compatible with my OS and I can not update my OS any further.

Thanks for that answer. That stinks. Google stinks if they did that. Who is responsible for that - Google or Apple. It was working fine and now they broke it with an update and won't let me go back to what I had when it was working. Unbelievable! Shame on Apple, Shame on Google. That is all I use this Ipad mini for, that is to watch Youtube and now they broke it.

You maybe still able to watch YouTube videos directly from the YouTube Website, instead.
Stop using that over 4-year old iOS Safari Web browser and download this new and ONLY iOS 9 and later supported third party Web browser.

You don't. Google have removed the older versions from the App Store.
