I got a apple watch from someone and they never removed there iCloud account and I don’t know there iCloud information so I can’t use the Apple Watch so what do I do?

it should be way to activation iphone become someone will forget easily if the old person are users ..????
Write you're apple id down somewhere,problem solved.
The iphone is sent by related family person from out of country he forgot his apple id.. he know nathing....
