Shortcuts - Delay before Run

I have an iPhone SE on iOS 14.2.

In the Shortcuts, how can I introduce a delay of X time until an app is activated? Practical example; I want an SMS to be sent 10 mins after I run the corresponding Shortcut.

I tried doing that from the Scripts (Flow Control/Wait), it worked, but there I can only set Seconds. Why not mins and hours?
