Automatic volume reduction

Since the latest update , it reduces the sound on my phone automatically. It says it’s too loud. I stream off my phone to works radio and it needs to be on full to hear it

Anyone know how I can turn this off please ?

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Lock the ringer and alert volumes in Settings

Go to Settings .
Tap Sounds & Haptics (on supported models) or Sounds (on other iPhone models).
Turn off Change with Buttons.

Try, "change with buttons" option, [Disabled]
