Strange green and pink pixels on phone screen

My phone randomly starts slowing down and then these very weird pixels start to show all over the screen. It’s about 1 year old and has never been dropped/damaged. It’s really hard to get evidence of the pink and green squares as they do not show on screenshots. Does anybody have any advice?

Also we have noticed that, compared to my friends iPhone XR which is only two or three months newer than mine, the sound quality of the loudspeaker is really crackly and bad. Could these two issues be related?

Thanks in advance!
