Installing 14.2 update

Unable to install update. No explanation given when install fails. Currently have version 13.3 (I think)

Your iPad is too far behind in iPadOS upgrades/updates.

You need to do the upgrade with your iPad connected to a PC or Mac, connected to the Internet, running the latest iTunes, and let iTunes perform the iPad upgrade.

If using a newer Mac with one of the current macOS versions, then you use the macOS Finder to do the iPad upgrade to iPadOS 14.2.
