How can I get Contacts back on my widget screen?

Does anyone have a hack to get Favorites back on my widget screen? The November 2020 iPhone update wiped them out and I don't see any option to select a new widget for Favorites or Contacts. I loved being able to swipe right and call my Favorites without any extra steps. I'll withhold my editorial comments on whosever idea it was to remove that functionality.
