Battery life

I have an IPad Air, bought in 2014. It does not want to hold battery life. After about 1hour of use, I have to recharge again. What is problem.

As described, your battery may well have reached the end of its usable life - and may require replacement.


You might be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store - where the technicians will be able to test, assess and offer advice on how to proceed. Alternatively, you might directly contact Apple Support and request a remote battery diagnostic.
