Has anyone successfully managed to pair the Beats flex earphones to a HP laptop and got both the headphones and microphone to work?
For weeks now, it does not matter what I try I can only get the headphones to work, the microphone just won’t work - so frustrating!

If the issue is isolated to your PC only, meaning you can use your Beats on other compatible devices, iOS, or Mac, then you may want to consider checking in with HP to troubleshoot the input settings for the microphone, too.
