Saving a vcard and the contacts icon on iOS 14.2

I've noticed a change in the vcard/contact card file download process. See the below image:

The end goal is to save this contact card to the contacts, right? Previously, that has been doable by hitting the white "Contacts" button (below "Copy," above "Zoom"). Today, after downloading 14.2, I noticed a new icon in the middle of the screen labeled as "contacts." I assumed this was just a duplicate for what the white contacts button was capable of, but when this contacts icon is tapped, nothing happens.

Anyone have any idea what this button's purpose is? Is this a bug?
