Installing ios 14.2
Have downloaded 14.2 on iPad Air 2 twice and am still getting the error message when I try to install. Now what?

If the issue still persists, since the existing iOs version (11) is very old AND you're now trying to install major updates (12,13,14) I'd try to update your iPad using a computer running latest iTunes version (PC) or latest iTunes/Finder version (Mac).
