When I want to make changes and I go to " unlock " it asks me for my administrator name and password.
Where do I find as when I do hit "unlock " it comes up "managed " and not administrator under my name

Where/how did you get this device? It is either company/school owned and therefore "managed". So you will need to check with their IT department.
