Can't accept the Terms and Conditions during Password Reset in Ventura Hi Community: Recently upgraded my M1 MacBook Air to Ventura but forgot my device password. I'm trying to reset the password using my Apple Id, however the Terms and Conditions section has a non-clickable 'Agree' button in gray. How can I solve this? I tried downloading the latest version of Ventura, but the system keeps asking me for the device password to proceed. Thanks in advance for your help!

my serial number has worn off and i cant get in the computer as i dont remember my password how do I change my password if i cant beyond the log in screen - its an olc mac desk top computer - any help appreciated

See if you can get an email option. For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
