I got responses from Apple from email below. I also called customer service and got exactly responses.

Thanks for contacting us and allowing me the opportunity to assist you today. I understand that you lost access to Apple News+ after signing up for Apple One.
Our records indicate that you canceled your independent subscription to Apple News+ prior to the end of your free trial of Apple One. Independent subscriptions to services included with Apple One cancel automatically when you're billed for Apple One.
You'll receive access to Apple News+ again if you choose to continue with Apple One after the free trial ends. Once you're billed, service will be restored.
If you wish to regain access prior to this, you may sign up for the service again separately by managing your subscriptions. To learn how, see this page:
https://support.apple.com/HT204939
Once Apple One renews, you will receive an automatic, prorated refund for any remaining time on your Independent subscriptions.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,

Personally I think this is a very strange free trial to current subscribers of any Apple service. Does this mean if I cancel all of my service and then subscribe Apple One, I got one month free for everything. If I keep my current Apple service and click Apple One free-trial, I will be punished for being loyal?
When I wrote for refund to dealing with something looks like redundant subscriptions, I didn't get any response/notice saying that with refund, I cancel my subscription service immediately.
Early this morning I talked to the customer service and the lady was really nice and totally understand my confusion as well as uncomfortable feeling. I requested to talk to her advisor to raise my concerns. Unfortunately the feedback was VERY BAD. I was talking to an inpatient and angry manager. She repeated that I would need to continue the current subscription and a prorated charge during the free trial. I never got hang up during a customer service phone call. Being a Apple user since 2004, this is the first time I feel frustrated.
Anyway, for any current Apple service subscribers, if you want to jump into Apple One, your current service will still get charged during the free trial. This is stated in the Apple One free trial page VERY VERY CLEARLY.
