Phone is locked

Phone is locked and I don’t remember my password and I can’t reset it because the two numbers I have down for the two-way authentication is no longer in existence. My phone is only 2months old! I was told by Apple support that the find my iPhone had to be turned off in order to get it replaced under warranty! How can I get this done when their are no appts available?
