It says I cannot update GarageBand with OS10.15.6 that I need 11 or higher what do I do?

The version of GarageBand offered is only for macOS Big Sur. I don't know why they offer it to people not running Big Sur.
Ignore it if you are not ready to upgrade to Big Sur.
