Notes are missing after 14.2 update iPhone. Tried a manual restore but received a message not enough room on my iPhone. I really only wanted to restore the notes but as far as I can tell there is no place for me to select what I want to restore.

The Restore from a backup file is an all or nothing type of a procedure. You have to restore the entire iPhone and its contents and not just the Notes section.
