Alarm clock icon
Since my last iOS update, the alarm clock icon on top right corner of the screen will not disappear regardless what I do. How can I fix it?

First, if you open the Clock app on your iPhone, and click on the Alarm tab, does it show that you have any alarms scheduled? If so, this will be why the alarm icon is appearing.
