Xfinity mobile visual voicemail

Frustrated with trying to get my visual voicemail back and also transcriptions. I tried turn airplane mode on wait 30 secs, turn off. I have tried reset network settings. I tried calling xfinity and either get disconnected after waiting for tech to return, then get disconnected. I’ve been doing this for a week or more.

It seems no one can help but senior tech person. I get so close, they will call back but never do. Then I have to start over again. What can I do?

You may need to speak with your wireless provider and verify that Visual Voicemail is properly configured with your mobile number. Just to be sure that you followed the necessary steps to set up Visual Voicemail, please follow the section in this article that says, "Get help with Visual Voicemail": Set up Visual Voicemail on your iPhone Following the steps may help.

Finally! Yesterday, I got to higher tier tech at Xfinity. They redid something and now I have visual voicemail with transcription... this was after two weeks and 5 attempts of repeating everything over again. Very frustrating, because I would get disconnected, or they were set up to call back, then I had to start over again. That being said, I again have visual voicemail. I think it got knocked out when I updated to iOS 14.2.1
