Crash on launch after Security Update 2020-006

RIght after updating system to Security Update 2020-006 every time my Mac goes sleep will cause crash on wakeup or crash on startup after reboot with white screen or constant auto-reboot.

I tried to install fresh new system on the clean drive but with same result.

The only thing that looks like randomly helpful is reseting PRAM, SMC and going into Internet Recovery Mode.

What is up and how to fix that?
