iPhone touchscreen issue again

I have same issue like was last time on lockscreen, but it happens only when my iPhone lays on the table. I can’t control him with my thumb. And it happens across all system not only lockscreen. With other finger it is everything all right. I have the newest iOS and Silicon case and tempered glass on it. When I touch the aluminium housing, the problem disappear for some time. I hope that Apple will repair it as soon as possible like it was last week. Have anyone this issue. (Sorry for my English)
