iPhoneXR and iTunes for Windows 10 does not sync
I am unable to sync my phone with the iTunes app on my Windows 10 laptop. When I connect the cord to both devices, I get the "charging" symbol on my iPhone battery so I know the cable isn't the problem (yes, to be safe, I've used another cable...same issue). I can "authorize" the computer, but that doesn't help. I can view my account in iTunes, but the "Sync" and "Backup" options stay grayed out and the phone icon at the top left of iTunes does not appear. What am I doing wrong? Is it an option on my phone that is messing it up?
