To create a "different one" -- How to create a new Apple ID - Apple Support. As Michael Black mentioned above, you cannot "change mine".

If you want a different @icloud.com address, you'll need a new, different AppleID and use it to create a new icloud account (that account obviously will not have access to any of your other AppleID's icloud data).

Or, create an alias for your current icloud email and use the alias -> Use email aliases on iCloud.com - Apple Support

You cannot edit your xxx@icloud.com email address once it’s been created.
