Cant sync music library

I have an apple music sub... can not sync library... always get network connection was lost. Tried signing on and off, rebooting, clearing cache, clearing music files etc... tried all the combinations of the above... no luck. Something is wrong on apples side... no help.

It sounds like you're having trouble using Apple Music and we can help.


Are you connected to Wi-Fi when you're attempting to enable this function?


If you haven't already, try restarting your network equipment(modem/router) or testing on another Wi-Fi network to see if you're able to connect.
