How can I uninstall Github from my devices along with unpairing a watch that I didn't pair

how can i uninstall Github from my devices along with unpairing a watch that I didn't pair. i also need to remove admins that were able to get in my accounts without my permission and i am being exploited because apple has allowed someone with an Android to take over all my idevicres along with signing in with my icloud to pair a watch? i also have had problems with the apple support that's actually not apple support but a malicious company helping hackers get in my account. they are going through Safari and have no problems getting in with remote access and bypassing all security. I have numerous remote access that can easily get in through safari with no problems. after 9 years I have found no one that has cared to help. it's like being in jail in solitary confinement. please someone help me I can't survive much longer and police don't know or just won't help me.
