Apps missing from App Store

Hi - I have an I-phone SE version 14.2

I am trying to download an App from my mobile phone provider, but it is not showing up in the App Store when I search for it. When my husband looks on his phone (identical to mine) it comes up.

I have a UK phone but a Dutch SIM, I have updated the country setting to NL so that shouldn't be the issue.
