Hello i have a problem with my computer when i turn it on

I turn on my computer and the screen stay black but with a sing saying

Unrecoverable error

SecurityAgent was unable to create requested mechanism TeamViewerAuthPlugin: start.

and it has a box that say OK and when i press it the same sing comes out again so pretty much the computer is stuck there
