i don’t have a mac, what do i do?
my ipad shows that i need to connect to a computer. i don’t have a mac so what do i do?

A PC will suffice. If you do not have a computer of your own, borrow access
from a friend/relative/co-worker for the short period it will take to restore
your iPad.
If you have an Apple store or Apple authorized service provider nearby,
make an appointment with them for assistance.
