See who has logged onto my account
Is there anyway that I can see the complete history of all the devices that have logged on to my apple account?

Settings > Apple ID will give you a list of currently logged in device. There is no option to see those that no longer are sign in. You could check your email associated with your Apple ID as each time you sign in on new device an email about it is send to you.
Well the problem that lays with that is if someone was able to login to my account then they would definitely have of had access to my email, to of required the login ability to get into my apple account.
I’ve been deal with this for quite some time now, I can reboot my iPhone, but a new iPhone, create a whole new account, someone is hacking my phone, I’m almost positive it starts with my Apple ID then ends up in my router (new one yes) and then I’m stuck because of all of the SSL spoofing and Spear Phishing that’s going on. So I restart my reboot my router, wipe my iPhone with a hard reset, and then finally wake up the next day on the ground hog movie life I’m living
If you suspect somone is logging onto your ID I assume you have changed your password.
You should also check trusted devices, and enable two factor authorisation.
If you have 2 Factor Authentication setup, then your Apple ID is protected.
