My iPad is disabled. I forgot the password and cannot get back in. When I follow the steps to restore it, my Macbook appears to say that the restore is in progress after about a half hour my ipad stops (downloading/restoring/whatever) and goes to the same screen that says "ipad is disabled" and i'm back to square one. I think that this is not an issue with my iPad, but rather my itunes on my macbook and i'm not sure what to do.
