U billed me twice for one purchase AGAIN!!!

U can clearly see in the picture that I bought on thing for 15.81 on apple and it got charged twice this has happened in the past I looked at ur website for what I need and it’s all there please fix this as soon as possible

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.


The people on these boards are mostly customers, not Apple employees; they don't impose iTunes Store charges and cannot grant refunds.
