Is this a real message from Apple?

I just came across a message from Apple security says I have a Trojan virus is this a real message from Apple? See photo. I immediately turned off and on my phone.

No. There's no such thing as a Trojan virus(there are Trojan horses), and it's only possible for a website to tell that there's malware on a macOS or iOS system if you've just uploaded a file to it.
