Anyone face the problem of the phone lagging terribly when using time lapse with front camera?
It works okay when i am holding the phone. But when i place it on the table, while recording with time lapse function on front camera, It is super laggy. it appears on the screen of myself having slow-motion movements.
it happens all the time, ive tried restarting my iphone12 as well.

Also have it on iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro Max.
iPhone 11 not affected.

Btw they didn‘t even respond any more...
I think we can only hope they already recognized that bug in iOS.
Exactly the same here. It’s fine while i’m holding it, then goes all choppy when i put it down. Hope there is a fix for it and not a hardware thing coz doing a selfie timelapse while holding the phone is not a thing.
Althought it occurs when I am using hyperlapse, not timelapse.
