When will Bootcamp be compatible with the new M1 MacBook? Can I ever download windows 10 using Bootcamp. I don't want to waste my money after 'Parallel'. Please someone tell me. Will Apple ever make Bootcamp compatible for M1 macbooks and MacOsBigSur?

It's the other way around :) M1 Apple's run on ARM based chips, not Intel. Microsoft needs to make an ARM based Windows version that will work.
Until that happens, if it happens. If you need Windows then you'll best stick with an Intel Mac.
It's actually up to Microsoft to make an M1 compatible version of Windows. As of now it's a possibility but there is nothing definite.
Technically speaking MS has an Arm based version already. We use a Surface Pro X which is Arm architecture. It may be emulated, but technically it works, and is supported by MS, so imagine it wouldn't take long assuming MS "wants" to support it.

There is a ARM Version of Windows but it is only for OEM's and is not for sale. It is up to Microsoft to release it for resale and then it is in Apple's corner to supply a version of Bootcamp to work in a ARM Mac. I wouldn't hold my breath!
