Auto lock

Hi, after my IPhone 12 pro was updated to iOS 14.2.1 the auto lock was set to 30 seconds and is now greyed out without the phone being on lower mode. Does anyone have advice on how to fix this?

Is this your corporate iPhone? Do you have any profile installed by your corporate / organisation / enterprise / School Management then please contact the system administrator of your corporate / organisation / enterprise / School Management

I have had exactly the same problem. When I googled it, it said it was due to being in Low Power mode but this definitely isn’t the case as it’s not switched on. I also have the 12 pro and only had this occur after the 14.2.1 update. Definitely a glitch.
