Today I installed and got an annual membership for an app listed in App Store called Journey (https://journey.cloud/) for €15.99 (reduced Black Friday package) with the promise of refund if I cancel the subscription in 3 days.
The same day of purchase( today) I have canceled the subscription in iTunes as instructed by their customer care team.I have not received an order number/invoice number from Journey or App Store, but in the company's refund questionnaire sending a billing/invoice number is compulsory.
the chat in the help-desk function of the company stopped communicating after I asked about more details on the refund.
Please if possible for you, let me know:
- If this is enough to receive the membership fee of 15.99 back.
- where would I receive the money back?
