SOS on iwatch

Would like to turn off the Emergency SOS function on my iwatch and can't find recent details for how to do this. I wasn't even touching my watch and it called emergency services while I was driving which was embarrassing and a nuisance for emergency services.

Open your Watch app on your iPhone
Tap My Watch (bottom left)
Tap Emergency SOS
Switch OFF here.

Thanks ckuan...but the only switch option is: Hold Side Button to Dial and that is off. And yet, I can see on my iwatch that the SOS function is still active. Hmmm...not sure what else to do.
