I paired my new Apple Watch to iPhone successfully but the ‘My Watch’ app has changed to ‘Watch’
and will not now open the list of apps for my watch. Tried to open it from Apple store but it doesn’t work. How do I put it right please

Have you tried the forced resets?
First force restart your iPhone by whatever method your version calls for. As soon as you see the Apple logo force restart your watch by holding in the crown and side button for 10 seconds till you see the Apple logo then release. Log into your iPhone and wait for your watch to boot, then log into it.
If that doesn't fix the issue you can try If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open
My watch was changed to Watch back in IOS 13
Have you updated your iPhone to IOS 14.2?
The issue of the app not opening was covered in a fix there.
The ‘MyWatch’ app on my phone changed to ‘Watch’ and now doesn’t open to show my Apple Watch list, can anybody help please
