Screen frozen with the logo

please my iphone 11pro max is stuck and frozen on the screen with the apple logo , it won’t work even when doing the steps where you press the volume up button and down and then the home button, this is not the first time that this happens to me i’m really so disappointed with this system, my care about my phone a lot and it’s in perfect conditions, so for sure is not a problem on me, please help me, i don’t have a mac cause i was thinking about doing the steps on the mac but i don’t have anything of that
