iphone compromised possessed - operated remotely

My iphone appears to be being controlled remotely by another party. As I make selections or attempt to enter my PIN the phone starts typing and choosing without my hand even near the screen.

Is this a known issue.

I reset my phone - and during the restart process was asked about a zoom feature which was unusual - and immediately the phone was possessed again - even during setup to choose my language - someone started choosing Chinese and off it went.

How to I get my phone back?
