I have recently bought an iphone 12 pro max. I have enabled notification centre on locked screen from the face id and passcode settings but still i am unable to access notification centre when my phone is locked. Can anybody help?

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. From our understanding, you are not able to access the Notification Center when your iPhone is locked even though it's enabled in Settings, do we have that right? If so, are you swiping up from the center of the page to view it, like described in Access features from the iPhone Lock Screen.
If so, you may want to confirm there are no updates available in Settings > General > Software Update.
