My phone screen doing this what seems to be the problem

try a force restart..
Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
If that doesn't work, then use the Contact Support link in the upper right of this page to talk to someone at Apple
