Received email of Payment to icloud from

Hi,

I suddenly received an email from ****@icloud.com saying that I had been carged of USD399.00 for 1 year subscription to icloud. I never needed icloud services and will never subscribe for one.

Anyone received same contents ? Is this a scam?
