Macbook Pro 15" 2012 GPU Panic crash

Hi I've seen some similar posts but my screen is now staying black 9/10 reboots so I'm having a hard time troubleshooting. Any definitive fix for this? Tried installing gfxCardStatus but it crashed when I changed to integrated & has stayed black since. Specs & Crash Reports to follow...
