Can't open wallet on my iPhone XR and wallet in setting

Hi All,

Can't open wallet on my iPhone XR and wallet in setting, can see only a black screen during 15s and crashes back into the home screen.

I did a factory reset several times and manual restore without a backup.

I did logout from account and log back a lot of time.

result the same, can't open.

also I did try remove all card from this phone. without success.

all card is still on removing process ( 10 weeks approximately. )

iOS 14.1

Also default payments card was change to a new.

Please advise.
