Hacking ID

Today i found a lot of new contacts in my contact list so I have changed my ID Password for now. But i want to know how i get this contacts on my list. Does it mean that someone used my ID or what?

Security breach on my iPhone. My contacts are hacked, they disappear. Email, hotmail account seemed to be hacked first. Emails were going to my calendar. So I deleted that email from my phone. hacked contact list on iPhone and iPad My emails were hacked. I was able to retrieve the contacts, briefly on my iPhone and iPad and permanently on my desktop. I have changed passwords on everything. The hackers managed to put their email contacts along with a few of mine. They can't be deleted, there is no "Groups" in the upper left corner. My main concern is because their email contacts are still on my devices they can get to bank information, doctors, etc.

Someone using your Apple ID is a possibility.
