iCloud storage issue

I have only got 1GB of storage in iCloud but it should be about 5GB what should I do to get it? Please help me out

The 5GB is free. On a computer or device, sign into iCloud either in System Preferences/iCloud (Apple ID for Catalina) or Settings/Your Name.

You have a web-only account. Upgrade it from a Mac or iOS device.
