why can't I use adobe flash player

it requires flash player i will be unable to see my loved one during the holidays also since covid there is no in. Person visits we have to use this site this is the email I received

The Adobe Flash Player only has until December 31st, of this year, to continue to “live”.
Adobe, themselves, set its End of Life (EoL) to that date, years ago.
Safari hasn’t supported the Adobe Flash Player for quite some time.
However, some of the other browsers still support it, but no one will be able to use if after its EoL date.
Are you still using websites that require this outdated software?
If a site is still using Flash content it is an outdated and abandoned site. All sites have had approximately 3 years notice that Flash will reach this year. Why are you using an site containing old abandoned technology?
I’m not sure why this is out of my continental it’s the department of corrections that uses this dite
