I have a Sennheiser gsx1000 USB audio amplifier, is There a Wayne to get it running under iPadOS (iPad Pro 2020) 14?

Not knowing your audio amplifer specs, and assuming you need an adapter USB-C to USB-A, I'd suggest that you contact Sennheiser support team and ask them what's the best way to connect your iPad to that ampli model.

That's why I suggested to contact Sennheiser support team. No idea about USB connections on that amplifier.
I had an iPadPro and I used to connect it to my audio amplifier (without USB port) using this adapter USB-C to 3.5mm jack:--> Buy USB-C to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter - Apple

I have it connected already but it do not work, the sound stops on the iPad but nothing comes out of the Sennheiser unit.
