When I try to download a new application. I get the message “error.” What is wrong? Please help me.

Apple Store or App Store? Device or computer? Have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting the device, and then signing back in?

Device or computer? Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
